1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the services, directories, and statistical dashboards provided by StreamLobby, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
2. Description of Service & Content Disclaimer
StreamLobby is a multi-platform directory and monitoring hub that aggregates public information, statistics, and embedded live streams from third-party services, specifically Twitch and Kick.
Notice: StreamLobby does not broadcast, host, or alter the video streams displayed on the platform. All intellectual property rights, video streams, chat behaviors, and copyrights belong to their respective creators and external platforms. We hold zero liability for any live content broadcasted by users.
3. Subscriptions, Perks & Strict No-Refund Policy
StreamLobby offers optional paid subscription tiers (Donation, PRO, ELITE) processed via external payment gateways including PayPal and NOWPayments.
Due to the immediate digital nature of our benefits (including instant ad removal, custom badges, highlighted status, and reduced bump cooldowns), all payments, donations, and recurring subscription fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Immediate Execution: By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that digital perks are granted instantly and you explicitly waive any statutory right of withdrawal or refund.
- Recurring Billing & Cancellation: Active subscriptions renew automatically each cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your personal gateway account or profile settings. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but previous payments will not be refunded.
- Account Sanctions: If an account or stream is suspended, banned, or terminated due to a violation of our guidelines, any active subscription time or tier status will be forfeited immediately without entitlement to reimbursement.
4. Advertisements & Google AdSense Compliance
For non-premium and guest users, StreamLobby displays programmatic advertisements managed by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. These advertisements help sustain service infrastructure. By utilizing the free tier of this service, you consent to the deployment of contextual advertising elements.
5. Account Sanctions, Account Suspensions, and Appeals
StreamLobby reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any channel or user profile that violates community guidelines, acts maliciously against site architecture, or displays illegal content.
Users whose access has been restricted retain the right to submit a mitigation statement through our structured Livewire Appeal Form. The administration reviews inquiries cyclically. Decisions made regarding permanent bans following rejected appeals are final.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall StreamLobby or its developers be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, streaming traffic fluctuations, or platform downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our domain.
